Who is responsible

Davit Janashia operates OKRoomTools. For privacy, security reports or your data protection rights, contact davit.janashia1@gmail.com. This address is not a general assistance service. Please do not send project files, customer details or identity documents unless strictly needed and specifically requested.

Your project stays in your browser

Measurements, names, notes, prices, imported backups and generated PDFs are processed on your device. The app does not upload this information, create an account or give the operator remote access to your saved project. Downloaded files remain under your control. Sharing them, browser synchronisation and other people using your device may expose their contents.

The initial country suggestion uses your browser language settings, not GPS or an IP geolocation service. Country, language, units and currency can be changed. Choosing another currency does not convert prices. The cookie notice explains the optional local project copy, country preference and temporary language-switch copy.

Technical website data

Opening a page and downloading scripts, images or the PDF font makes ordinary network requests to the hosting provider. These may include an IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and the referring page when sent by your browser. These requests do not contain the project entered into the calculators. Do not put personal information into a page URL.

This is separate from local calculations. No advertising scripts, audience analytics, marketing pixels or account registration are active in this version.

If you contact us

Your email address, name if provided, message, any voluntary attachments and message metadata are processed to handle your privacy or security enquiry. Ordinary correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry; handling statutory data-rights requests also relies on the applicable legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Sending an email is optional; without enough relevant information, it may be impossible to answer.

Email delivery involves the sender’s provider and the recipient’s provider (Google (Gmail)). Email provider privacy notice Messages are not used for marketing. Closed correspondence is deleted within six months, except for the minimum information still needed for a documented legal obligation or dispute. Such exceptions are reviewed and retained only as long as necessary.

Recipients, retention and international processing

Hosting and email suppliers receive only the information involved in their respective services. Access may also be required by law or to address a concrete security incident. Local projects are not sent to these suppliers by the app. Technical records are kept only for the period necessary for delivery, security, incident investigation and applicable legal duties, subject to the hosting service’s documented retention rules.

These suppliers may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required. The linked supplier notices describe their arrangements; you can contact the operator for the safeguards relevant to this website.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact davit.janashia1@gmail.com. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that month. We cannot retrieve or erase a browser-only project remotely: use the local deletion controls or your browser settings.

You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante, or the competent authority where you live or work. The website does not use profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Ordinary calculation results are estimates, not decisions about you.

Changes

This notice describes the version currently available. Before adding advertising, analytics or another data flow, we will update the information and implement any required choices. Simply reading this notice is not a request for consent.
