Free planning tools
OKRoomTools provides free browser-based flooring, tile, paint and project estimates, without an account. The operator is Davit Janashia; privacy and security contact: davit.janashia1@gmail.com. This is a planning aid, not a purchasing service, construction specification, invoice or professional inspection.
Check before buying or quoting
Results depend on your measurements, coverage, pack size, coats, waste allowance and entered prices. Pack rounding does not plan every cut, pattern, obstacle or batch. Paint coverage depends on the product, surface and method. Check dimensions, supplier instructions, availability and local building requirements before committing to an order or a customer price.
Sample values are illustrative. Prices are supplied by you and are not live market quotations. Currency selection changes the denomination without exchanging amounts. Any tax or labour assumptions must be checked for your situation; the tools do not give tax, structural or regulated professional advice.
Your project and exported documents
Keep separate backups and review exported PDFs before sharing them. Internal estimates may include costs or margins that should not be sent to customers. Use only information you are entitled to enter or share. The operator cannot restore a browser-only project or delete files already downloaded or shared.
Availability and responsibility
We work to correct reported calculation or display errors, but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or error-free results. Verify important results independently. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Use the tools lawfully and do not interfere with the service or other users.
